Single Alert: Ladybird's "Worried Sick"
Maturity emerges from the pop punk atmospheres of Garry Walden
Wichita Falls’ own Ladybird released their EP back in the spring, and if you haven’t heard it yet, the single “Worried Sick” is available to stream.
Ladybird is Garry Walden, guitar and vocals, Peter Skulski, bass and vocals, and Daniel Sanchez, drums, and “Worried Sick” is right down the centerline of the road paved with singles like Gravedigger and DOA, but perhaps my favorite part of “Worried Sick” is the atmospheric breakdown at about 2:45 which lends an almost Pink Floyd tone to the track and shows impressive songwriting maturity.
