Devin Davis Performs "Intervention"
Another brilliant performer takes the stage at Open Mic Night
Devin Davis is one the the sound techs at the Iron Horse Pub and a member of Tate & the Bedwetters, and he first caught my attention — maybe blew my mind is a better way to say it — when I saw him perform at Open Mic Night back in July of 2023. Devin had a considerably larger hairstyle back then, and his rendition of his original song “Due Date” absolutely wowed me (wait for the spoken word interlude). Those in attendance found it ironic that the sound guy might have been the most talented person in the room.
Recently, I had a chance to catch Devin at another Open Mic Night, and we were lucky enough to capture this video. Enjoy “Intervention” by Devin Davis.

Devin is such an amazing talent. Seriously the best local act I think I’ve ever seen. His music has made me cry on several occasions and I can’t wait to see more of him. Glad you got this on video. It’s amazing
