Concert in the Park: Turnpike Tributedours

A tribute to Oklahoma's Turnpike Troubadours

Turnpike Tributedours were the entertainment Tuesday night at the second 2023 Wichita Falls concert in the park, and the tribute to Oklahoma’s Turnpike Troubadours put on a great show to a respectable crowd in perfect weather.

I was unfamiliar with Turnpike Troubadours until recently, so I wasn’t familiar with the songs, but this tribute act was clearly made up of educated musicians, and I was particularly impressed with Jason Andrew, the fiddle player, who was also present on backing vocals much of the evening.
