The Wee Beasties Facebook page describes the Denton band as “The hardest working punk band in Texas,” and urges fans to join them shotgunning beers in the parking lot. There are nine members of the band by my count, including a horn section, two guitarists, and a whole lot of personality.
Consider the Beasties single, “I Wish My Mom Would Smoke Pot with Me,” which I cannot get out of my head.
Get back to me in three days and tell me you didn’t get that earworm stuck in your head for awhile. The Wee Beasties did support duties on the bill for It Hurts to Be Dead’s EP release party recently and I made sure to get some shots of this killer party band.
